1 〔形がなくなるまで煮るようす〕

●ぐたぐたに煮る boil to a pulp [mash, mush]

・煮すぎて野菜がぐたぐたになってしまった. Boiled too long, the vegetables had become mushy.

2 〔長々と述べるようす〕 ⇒くだくだ.

●ぐたぐた文句ばかり言う complain on and on, tediously.

3 〔何もしないでごろごろしているようす〕

～する loaf; lie around doing nothing.

●暑い日はいつも家でぐたぐたしている. On hot days I just lie around the house.
